HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?

What happens if no one is home?

Don't worry, our items will be left in your mailbox if they are small enough. Otherwise, your package will be left at your post office where you can pick it up.

I made a mistake in the address, what should I do?

Don't worry, if your order has not yet been sent, contact us immediately and we will be happy to update your information. Otherwise, and in accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale, once an order has been sent from our warehouse, no further changes can be made.

Is your site secure?

This site is 100% secure. And to be honest, we could even say it's 300% secure. Here's why: First, the site you are visiting is on an HTTPS server (the small green padlock on the left side of this page's URL is there to remind you). Most sites only secure their "shopping cart" and everything related to order payment. On this site, ALL PAGES are secure and cannot be hacked or targeted by malware. Finally, regarding payment, we use Stripe and Paypal which are the benchmarks in terms of transaction security on the Internet.

What are the payment methods?

Currently, you can pay by credit card or via Paypal on our site. We do not accept bank checks, transfers, or cash on delivery.

What happens if I am not satisfied with my product?

We offer a 100% "satisfied or refunded" guarantee! If, for any reason, the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt and we will fully refund the price of the item as soon as it arrives at our premises. However, all returned products must be in perfect condition and return shipping costs must be paid by you. Proof of postage should then be sent to us by email as proof of delivery.
