How long does it take to receive an order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times range from 5 to 21 business days depending on your country of residence.

Where do we ship and what are the shipping fees?

We ship worldwide. Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

What are the delivery times?

Deliveries are made according to the schedules and procedures of your local postal service.

What happens if I am not home during delivery?

If your parcel is small enough, it will be left in your mailbox. Otherwise, a delivery notice may be left, and your package will be available for pickup at your local post office or nearest pickup point.

I made a mistake in my address, what should I do?

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately at contact@clunora.com so we can update your information. Once the order has been shipped, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to change the delivery address.

Is your website secure?

Yes, our website is fully secure thanks to HTTPS encryption. All transactions are protected, and payments are processed through trusted providers such as Stripe and PayPal, ensuring a high level of security.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept credit/debit card payments and PayPal. We do not accept checks, bank transfers, or cash on delivery.

What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If a product does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days after receiving it to return it and request a refund.

Returned items must be in their original condition, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Proof of shipment must be sent by email.
